It is the story of our Head Chef, whose hands have mastered the tandoor after decades of practice, for whom the perfect colour on a seekh kebab is a point of personal pride. It is the story of our grandmothers, whose handwritten recipes are our most treasured heirlooms, guiding us to ensure every bite of our Rogan Josh carries the same warmth and depth as it did in their homes.
We are not cooks following instructions. We are custodians of a legacy! Every onion we finely chop, every spice we temper in ghee, is done with intention and respect for the tradition it represents. We invite you to taste that history, that dedication, in the layers of flavour in our Biryanis and the delicate balance of our Chaat.
